How come the shelf lives of organic fruit juices are 18 months?

After the organic fruits are gathered and are sent to the factories to be pressed, the excess water content is vaporized and the concentrate are kept in special concentrate barrels. At the production line, this concentrate is mixed with exact vaporized amount by natural spring water. After the juice is produced, the bottled juice is pasteurized under heat and pressure. So, as any other fruit juice, organic fruit juices have 18 months of shelf life.

Why doesn’t City Farm sell table sugar?

There is no local organic certified sugar production in Turkey and Turkish Sugar Law prevents the import of any sugar to our country. So we cannot carry and trade organic sugar in our shops. However, our discussions with the Ministry are still active about importing organic sugar. The sweet products that are prepared in our shops are sweetened by organic honey or organic molasses.
