The following information is applicable to all your purchases at the CityFarm.com.tr website.
Shipment
If you order out of Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir before 12:00 noon, we will deliver your purchase the same day to you for no charge. If you order after 12:00 noon, your order will be delivered the next day for no charge. All orders are delivered in our refrigerated City Farm vans.
Orders outside of the aforementioned cities and within one of 78 remaining provinces in Turkey, will be handed over to Surat Kargo within 3 business days. Depending on our stock, this may differ at times. Due to regulations set on cargo, meat and chicken can unfortunately not be delivered by cargo.

Returns
All City Farm branded and -labeled products can be returned under common return regulations.
Our other organic products can be returned on the condition that the product packaging has not been opnened, or for non-packaged products, that the product has not in any way been used.
For Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, your returns will be picked up by one of our City Farm cars, for the other 78 provinces Surat Kargo will execute the pick-up.
